Virtual Open Day

This is your opportunity to learn all about our university, the extra curricular activities offered and of course the great programmes. Open Afternoon at PCU

Take a tour of our Polska campus in Vinohrady and meet with our admissions team who can show you the facilities, classes in action and introduce you to just some of the extra curricular activities that take place at PCU.

This is also your time to have a one-to-one consultation with your admissions advisor who can answer any questions that you may have about the programme that you’re interested in, the application process, student support services or scholarships and funding, to name a few.

Info Session: Applying for your visa

Did you know that many of our programmes can be started in February?

Join our special Visa Info session on Zoom to learn about the visa process so that you have the time to prepare and start 2023 studying in Prague! This session is open to students who may not have applied yet or those in the process of applying and will specifically cover all the documents needed for a long-term visa application, how to apply and when.

Welcome Week

Welcome Week at Prague City University is your first chance to really meet the PCU community (staff, lecturers and fellow students), to learn more about studying at PCU, and to become familiar with the university and the city – if you have just moved to Prague. Our staff and current students will be on hand to provide useful information on living in Prague, getting around, dealing with any challenges, and helping you settle in.

For welcome week you can expect some fun events and activities to connect with the PCU community! Here is just some of what you can expect:

Orientation Day is your big welcome to PCU! This is an exciting day that allows you to meet new friends, learn about the school, and explore the neighbourhoods around the university campuses, either in person or virtually.

Your Academic Programme Induction is an event that will provide you with detailed information about the courses you will be taking, the grading system, the expectations from lecturers, and much more. This is also the time to meet your Programme Leader and fellow classmates!

Short Summer Courses 2022

Spend 3 weeks learning something new and develop your knowledge & skills. PCU offers enriching, interactive classes led by expert educators.

This year we are offering:

Master’s Fine Art Open Studio at Pragovka

Visit the Master’s Fine Art studios in PCU’s exciting Pragovka art space in Prague 9.

There will be plenty of work to look at both physically and in digital format, plus audio from a sound workshop. The Clay Society will also be present and have work on display.

You will also be able to see final year graduate works that are underway and hear about the ideas behind their projects.

This is your chance to ask questions about the programme from the students. So come and join them for good conversation and refreshments!

Are you interested in moving countries to study in Prague?
