Events at PCUThe first VALS lecture for 2021 features Hynek Alt, a visual artist and Head of Studio of Photography & New Media at FAMU who shifts between photography, video, object and installation and is concerned with forms of perception of the human in the current digital era and how we navigate from physical surroundings to constructed social systems.
On Thursday 15 April, the Visiting Artist Lecturer will be Carla Diana, a robot designer, technology author and editor who is a lecturer at the MFA programme at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Massachusetts, USA.
The Visiting Artists Lecture for May features Grace Schwindt, an artist originally from Germany who works across film, live performances, sculpture and drawing.
