Yoga on the Terrace
9:30-10:45, terrace/room 103 (in case of bad weather)
Instructor: Veronika Quinn Novotná
Come and join this restorative yoga class for all levels – we will pause, stretch, breathe, build bodily awareness and strength, improve our posture, and have a short meditation/relaxation at the end. The class will be conducted in English (and Czech if needed).
Tips:
– Come 5 minutes BEFORE the class starts.
– Do not eat anything heavy for at least an hour or two beforehand.
– Bring your own matt/yoga block/blanket.
– We practice barefoot.
– No-phone-during-class policy.
– Challenge your stereotypes and have fun doing it. Your life will not be the same.
