6+1 HND Graphic Design Exhibition

We are delighted to present the work of our second-year Graphic Design students – as they say, ‘the result of long working nights and hectic mornings’!

Seven students in all – six graphic designers and one studying interactive media – have combined their creative minds to bring this exhibition to life. The identity for the show has been developed as a series of simple mathematical expressions which give ‘7’ as the result – for example ‘8 minus 1’, or ‘3 plus 4’ – the ‘puzzle factor’ is an enticing part of the message.

One of the students, Nurlan Baytokov, gives us an idea of his journey up to this point:

‘I’m a photographer, designer and I sometimes write music. I have been drawing since elementary school. Later, in high school, I co-founded a graffiti team ‘Plan B Crew’ and lettering/calligraphy became my passion. It exactly this that first brought me to Prague College.

My favourite areas of graphic design are branding, logotypes and typography. I also enjoy creating slogans, so make sure to check my portfolio and feel free to message me!
