Join us for a Yoga Class with a qualified instructor as we kickstart our PCU Wellbeing day. No previous experience is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Veronika teaches, studies and loves yoga, dance and movement in general. She has tried many styles and met many wonderful teachers, but the most influential programme for her was the study of Yoga and Yoga Therapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University. She sees her teaching as a holistic and therapeutic-experiential transformative process for the body, mind and soul. “I am guided by breath, touch, sound, silence, smell, humour, interaction, kindness and strength. I don’t aim to create “yogis” but to help us all integrate healthy movement principles into our daily lives.”
