About Session
Dealing with personal and academic stress is a common experience for students. Deadlines, exams, assignments, and academic pressure—combined with daily challenges—can take a toll on our well-being and significantly increase stress levels.
Join us for a Stress Management Workshop designed specifically for students who want to develop practical skills to manage stress and build resilience.
This workshop will include a mix of physical activities, reflective exercises, and group discussions, creating a relaxed yet impactful environment for all participants.
The goal is to equip you with practical techniques for managing stress effectively, boost your self-awareness around stress triggers, and foster a sense of connection with yourself and others.
