Trainer: Matt Beddle
Matt is from the UK and has lived in Prague for over 8 years. He was a director in a recruitment business before moving into the area of sleep! Why? Because he had suffered from sleep issues his whole life and had found that the support networks and medical services were grossly lacking. He’s an avid sleep educator and public speaker and has a firm belief in providing people with actionable and realistic advice that creates long-term result.
