Trinity specializes in helping individuals build self-esteem and a strong sense of self, which she believes are foundational to mental well-being. By exploring past experiences, deep rooted schemas, and unconscious processes, she first guides clients toward self-discovery and understanding. This is followed by focusing on reframing thoughts and behaviors to foster healthier, more balanced, and authentic lives. Her approach combines understanding the roots of issues with practical strategies for lasting positive change. She is completing a postgrad psychotherapy training in Schema Therapy.
