On 29 November 2024 a special Wellbeing Day will offer a range of activities designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Attendees can enjoy mindfulness sessions, relaxing classes, and unwind in chill-out rooms accompanied by soothing sounds of nature. There will also be yoga sessions to enhance physical and mental balance.
Got clothes you don't wear anymore?
You can trade your old outfit for something new or donate them to The Salvation army to those in need.

This Wednesday, we will present Rumpelstiltskin (1995) - a comedy-horror film where a young window's wish to see her husband unleashes a demonic creature who wants to claim the soul of her baby. Directed by Mark Jones, Rumpelstiltskin offers a quirky, non-sensical twist on a Grimm fairytale, making it a perfect, light-hearted conclusion to our 2024 Film Nights.

In this class you will be able to wake up your body, reset your mindset and break out of movement stereotypes that prevent healthy energy flow. Exercise, stretching, proper alignment - all these elements will be present. It will be invigorating and empowering as well as calming and meditative.
Patrick Thomas is a graphic artist, author and educator. He studied at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art
in London before relocating to Barcelona in 1991. He currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany. He will talk about his decision to concentrate on projects that take place in public spaces.
