Principles of Sales

Lucie’s workshop will discuss a typical sales process as a psychological behaviour. It will further distinguish between different types of customers and develop specific sales pitch in addressing their needs. In addition, different proven techniques to sell will be discussed along with providing strategies in addressing objections from customers. In the end, the students will have an option to engage in a role play to sell products or services of their choice in the most effective way.
