Intercultural Negotiation

Effective intercultural negotiation skills are a key ingredient for success in different areas, such as business, diplomacy and beyond, in today’s globalised world.
The workshop focuses on a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of cross-cultural interaction and illustrates through several practical examples tools and strategies to navigate diverse negotiation landscapes. The impact of cultural values, communication styles and negotiation behaviours on deal-making will be presented and discussed with the aim of identifying and managing cultural differences to build relationship across cultures and develop adaptive negotiation strategies that may foster mutual understanding and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. This workshop is designed and open to anyone interested in cross cultural relationships and negotiation within diverse and international contexts.
