This free introductory course is open to PCU students, alumni and lecturers and consists of 10 classes held on Fridays from 9.30am till 11.00am in Room 003 at PCU’s Polska Campus.

Over 10 weeks students will learn not only about architecture but also the history of Prague from the 10th to 20th Century. Hear fascinating stories, examine the decorative and applied art features and learn about the businesses behind the facades. Students will undertake research and write an essay on a topic of their choice and will receive a Certificate on completion.

The lectures are created and presented by Alex Went from Prague Vitruvius and will run through to mid-December. The final class will resume in January after the Christmas break.
