Join Nelli & Filip as they join forces and combine the power of Yoga & Meditation.
Numerous scientific studies have shown yoga and meditation have many benefits and Nelli & Filip’s wish is to equip you with their knowledge to help you through the semester, Winter break and the uncertainty of Covid.
Program:
- Guided meditation session
- Guided yoga session
- Final relaxation
- Tea, snacks and chat
The class is open to students, staff and alumni. So bring your yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and head to Room 101 & 102 in the Polska Campus. See you there!
